Betty Perkins-Carpenter is President of Senior Fitness Productions,  Inc. She has earned international acclaim as an Olympic diving coach and the founder of Fit By Five, an alternative to traditional nursery school. She is called "America's Ambassador to Senior Health and Fitness."

She was inducted into the prestigious Healthy American Fitness Leaders, and addressed the White House Conference on Aging. 75,000 copies of her books are in homes and professional practices.
