1. Stretch your arms up over your head, then stretch them out to the sides and stretch your fingertips down toward the floor.

2. Now, RELAX. Try to feel an overall "looseness," as if your arms and whole body were "cooked spaghetti" - face, eyes, lips, neck and so on, right down to your toes. (Let go. As they say in Hawaii, "hang loose.")

3. Next, shake your loose right arm, then your loose left arm.

4. Next, shake your loose right leg, the your loose left leg.

5. Now wiggle your "okole" (from Hawaii again, that's the word for buttocks).

6. Keep moving your arms, legs, and buttocks until you feel completely loose and relaxed.
